[tahoe-dev] tahoe_fuse bug fixes.

Peter caught some bugs which are fixed here:

Before ~/.tahoe was always used for fuse_log.txt instead of --basedir.
 Now it uses --basedir.  This log is especially helpful for diagnosing
system tests.

There was a bug in setup/cleanup ordering which obscured exceptions by
causes new ones, now fixed.
