For the purpose of tags in bug tickets, let's start by adding a footnote
to the ViewTickets page. That might also be a good place to define the
"component" list (which I'll take responsibility for, since I'm the one
who keeps setting seemingly-at-random on various tickets).

Although if there's a way to put some instructions on the "submit a
ticket" page, that'd be nice too.

On the other hand, for the purpose of explaining (to prospective Tahoe
users) the various properties that Tahoe provides.. I dunno. I think I
put a few notes to this effect in docs/architecture.txt, especially in
the parts that talk about "reliability math".

I think "durability" is a pretty good term. Does the way it's used in
database/ACID circles conflict at all with the way we might like to use it?

cheers,
 -Brian
