Comment:

 Hmm. This is how Unix {{{rm}}} has always worked -- it doesn't delete a
 file if there is another link or open fd to it. The only difference on
 Tahoe is that since it uses capabilities that have a string
 representation, there can always be a copy of that representation
 somewhere.

 I'm not sure that renaming it to {{{unlink}}} would help much. The docs
 could certainly be improved, though -- for example {{{tahoe rm --help}}}
 says nothing about what {{{rm}}} actually does! Fixing that would be easy.
