Tahoe-LAFS doesn't do anything like that yet, but there is strong  
demand for features like that.

We've made a little progress toward this feature recently when Brian  
worked on ticket #467.

Like most things, this one is going to happen a lot sooner if someone  
volunteers to write the code.  :-)
