  * Add statistics module
  
  Add a statistics module in utils that provides some routines
  for calculating file loss probabilities based on a specified
  uniform and independent server loss probability and values k
  and N.  Also provides a function to calculate the highest 
  possible k for a given file loss tolerance and a given N.
