 The tahoewapi demo app called ./poc/tree-view.{html,js} always recurses
 using the ro_uri capability.

 This means even if you enter a writecap on the make-tree-view.html page,
 then only the root node will have a "RW" link to the WUI.

 Reproduction:

 1. Go to

 /make-tree-view.html the latest trunk demo page on testgrid.]

 2. Paste a writecap and make a tree view.

 3. Attempt to browse to a descendent write cap WUI page via a tree view
 "RW" link.


 Notes:

 Once fixed in trunk, the link above will not reproduce the bug.  However
 you can replace "/trunk" with "/releases/0" in the URL to reproduce the
 bug in the initial release.  This "stable release" will never change.
