Oh, yeah, all my virtual interfaces ran afoul of this silly limit.
Bleah!

Now I have

    tub.location = 127.0.0.1:3456,255.255.255.255:3456

but I really don't know what this parameter means or whether this is an
appropriate setting.

Hey, at least I can do a "tahoe ls" on MacOS client, now!
