[tahoe-dev] darcs usage tip

I figured out which release had included the fix to ticket #670 by
reading in the ticket which patch number had fixed it ([3821]) and
then looking at The Parade Of Release Notes --
http://allmydata.org/trac/tahoe/wiki/Doc -- and clicking on the most
recent releases to see what patch number that release was.  Then I
thought "Hm, but Brian prefers the command-line to web apps for things
like this", so I experimented a bit and came up with:

darcs changes | grep -Ee"hashtree|tagged"

This takes 2 seconds on my machine.
