[tahoe-dev] modification of "100 year cryptography" project proposal

For Tahoe-LAFS (and for other purposes that I could think of), I would
only want to use hash functions with the same size of output (256
bits).

Less would invite trouble and more would be wasteful.

Of course, it is valuable to specify these things for generality,
especially with an eye to the "submit spec to IETF" part of this
project.
