[tahoe-dev] redistributing shares

I hope this is one that gets addressed in 1.6. This is a really big problem.

Early in our grid's development, I ended up with a directory completely
stored on a single node. (The files within are fine.) There is no way to
redistribute those shares in 1.5.

- Think carefully.
- Contra mundum - "Against the world" (St. Athanasius)
- Credo ut intelliga - "I believe that I may know" (St. Augustin of Hippo)
