Yes, David-Sarah definitely did most of the work for SFTP support.
David-Sarah did an awesome job it. Thorough test-driven development,
clean code, elegant solutions/work-around to the myriad strange quirks
of the POSIX-using applications that we tested (like bash, cp, touch,
gedit, and OpenOffice), etc.. Way to go, David-Sarah!

(David-Sarah also helped quite a lot with unicode support and lots of
other things that needed to be done for 1.7.)
