The Tahoe-w32-client binary package was in allmydata.com web site, I don't
know if it's downloadable from somewhere.

I did not have time to add all OS/Version/ARCH, you can select "Custom" and
add the missing thinks (actually it do nothing, but in final release it will
add it for other users)
For your example you can also select:
OS Name: Ubuntu
OS Version: 10.04
OS Arch: Custom => ARM
