[tahoe-dev] warning: Boing-Boinging imminent

Confirmed. Pubgrid have strange latencies on write/create directories etc.
Reading is quite good. Maybe there is some unresponsive node who blocks
writes. Tested few days ago and right now again. Am I alone who cannot
properly use pubgrid?
