[tahoe-dev] what if nodes failed during upload?

Zooko,

I just re-test uploading of files and you are of course right - PUT request
is released after uploading shares, not after push to local node. It creates
all other discussion irrelevant (except problem with Active operations,
which isn't explained yet).
