[tahoe-dev] calling any Mac or Windows GUI hackers

Folks:

We closed out ticket #1282 (remove unmaintained Mac and Windows apps).
In the future if anyone wants to clean the bitrot off of those and fix
them up, they'll have to find them in revision control history.

So, now is a fine time for someone to take up the project of fixing
those things up. :-)
