[tahoe-dev] 0.8.2b1 - new/wrong dependencies

Thanks for the hints.  I have 0.8.2b1 running (but haven't commited all
the packaging bits).  I'm able to get a manifest and run a deep-check,
and I haven't observed any problems.

Typing "make check" in the source tree didn't run tests, but

  "python2.6 setup.py test"

did.  I didn't see how to run the tests in AdvancedInstall.

That then got some failures, but at the end:

  Ran 839 tests in 519.880s

  PASSED (skips=8, expectedFailures=3, successes=828)

The tests were apparently trying to write a file into the installed
version of twisted, which (correctly) failed with EPERM.

This was on Mac OS X 10.6.6 under pkgsrc.
