Thanks for the report. I see that I still had Twisted 8.2.0 in the
Python 2.6/win32 field of this matrix:

I've just now updated it to have Twisted 11.0.0 instead:

http://tahoe-lafs.org/source/tahoe-lafs/deps/tahoe-lafs-dep-eggs/README.html

I think that will fix your problem. Please try again!
