Use the -d option to the 'tahoe' command to specify the directory of the
node to be created or used. (Some commands also have other ways to specify
the node directory, but -d works for all commands.)

Note that options, including -d, go after the command name, e.g.
"bin/tahoe create-node -d ~/nodedir".
