[tahoe-dev] server-migration ninjas strike the buildbot!

Late thursday night, the stealthy server-migration ninjas quietly moved
the buildbot to it's new home. xinetd-based port-forwardings have been
left in place on the old box, so all buildslaves and web-status clients
can continue to use the old address, with nothing more than a whisper of
additional latency.

When DNS is updated to point to the new machine, all buildslave should
silently start using the correct address, and the port-forwardings will
be unused.

They copied over a dozen or so old builds too, but not the entire history.

Next task for the ninjas: moving the canonical source tree and
associated post-commit scripts, then the main Trac servers.
