I've never used the "accounts.url" alternative. I would assume that
"login" contains the same sort of password lines (username, password,
cap) as specified for the "ftp.accounts" file. By the way, the username
and password values here do not correspond to any existing login
credentials. They're created just for sftpd. Maybe that's obvious.
