[tahoe-dev] Tahoe-LAFS v1.9.2 is coming!

Folks:

Tahoe-LAFS v1.9.2 is going to happen, and soon! Stay tuned for
pronouncements and requests-for-help from the Release Manager,
David-Sarah.

Looking at the Milestone ¹, I see that there are 6 tickets open and a
whopping 44 tickets closed. Is that right? That sounds like the
biggest "micro" (x.y.z+1) release of Tahoe-LAFS ever, then. In any
case, the focus of 1.9.2 is still fixing regressions and significant
bugs on the 1.9 line.

Want to help? One easy way to help is to test out the current "1.9.2"
branch ². For now, you'll have to use darcs to get it:

darcs get --lazy https://tahoe-lafs.org/source/tahoe-lafs/1.9.2/

One thing that would specifically help is attempt to reproduce any of
the 6 open tickets with the current "1.9.2" branch and post to the
ticket about whether you were able to reproduce it and what other
clues your test turned up.
