[tahoe-dev] tahoe backup re-uploads old files

git seems to install nroff source files, at least as packaged by pkgsrc.
But certainly the notion of a source format that is converted to
commonly-readable formats is quite sane.  (It's good to do that at doc
build time, so you don't require e.g an xml toolchain to read a man page.)
