I notice that the accounting system is still centralized, which is of 
course the low hanging fruit - we cannot let the best be the enemy of 
the good enough.  However a centralized accounting system means one has 
to have a lot of small tahoe storage systems, rather than one big 
storage system, which significantly limits the benefits obtained by m of 
n storage.
