This is a bug in pycryptopp-0.5.29:

It was fixed in the next release of pycryptopp, which was
pycryptopp-0.6.0.1206569328141510525648634803928199668821045408958.

We were hosting the older version of pycryptopp on
https://tahoe-lafs.org/source/tahoe-lafs/deps/tahoe-dep-sdists, so
your build process downloaded pycryptopp-0.5.29 from there.

I've just updated the package hosted there to the latest release, so
next time you build it will download
pycryptopp-0.6.0.1206569328141510525648634803928199668821045408958 and
everything will work.
