Hey Simon,

thanks for adding a `maximum_capacity' option. This has already bugged
me for a while!

Did you consider creating a ticket and submitting the patch to tahoe?
Tahoe requires you to write a test for all patches, if you want I can
help you with that (#tahoe on freenode is a nice place questions
spontaneously btw).
