[tahoe-dev] startup error after upgrade

It looks like there are a bunch of stylesheets in the source that are
not installed.  So perhaps someone who has been hacking on the welcome
page should install from the beta and debug the python packaging rules.

In the packaging dir, I see 6 files in the build dir, and only one that
is installed (the .destdir subdir):
