NAT traversal

Hi,

There is a very old discussion about NAT traversal.

I rechecked all the tickets mentioned in this area. It seems they have not
being implemented in these years. I am just wondering if Tahoe team has any
intention to put effort in this area? Also, the newly added stats-gatherer
seems has the hole-punching mechanism built in, do we want to implement
among the main storage port?
