I am not 100% confident, but tahoe on NetBSD and OS X built from pkgsrc
are both seeming >= 99.9% ok.

So apparently py-OpenSSL wasn't really an ABI change, just a massive
internal rototill, which fails in hard-to-understand ways if the
dependencies aren't all there.
