Overall, I found that there was not too much of a recent upswing in
big files. I found a couple of shares from the same storage index, so
I'll probably delete the extra ones on my node. To reiterate, if you
are storing data on the public test grid, expect it to get deleted. I
know that I randomly delete shares sometimes and expect that others
also do.

To answer you actual question, I can't tell the names of the files
because of the security provided by tahoe-lafs. If I could, that would
actually be a major bug. Most PDFs that I have seen are < 50MB. so if
that's what you are uploading, I wouldn't worry about it at all. By
the time you calculate erasure coding the individual shares will be
quite small.
