renaming milestones, planning 1.12 with magic-folders

Sorry I haven't been very responsive about this -- I've had some huge
sources of personal friction recently, which are resolved now. So I should
be able to start working on Magic Folders again this week (although not
at today's Nuts & Bolts, which I can't attend).
