Alright. So Jessie should be cake, you can prepare that one for sure.
I just installed Fedora 24 and Centos 7 and they seem to behave as well.

To be honest, I had to look up Alpine as well – I listed it because it
is in the list of templates of my LXC host. According to distrowatch
(and our perception, apparently) it is not super-popular.

Let's go with the 3 mentioned first and leave Alpine out for now.
