Testing the new tahoe-dev

Received fine here.

To test the list with some content, which might behave differently than
test messages :-) can anyone comment on the python3 compatibility of the
upcoming release?  From what I saw it looks like things work with
python3, and that's great - as some of the dependencies are not
available for 2.7 in my packaging system (you'd need an old version).
