Hello Tahoe-LAFS,

In May, I tackled debugging some intermittent, platform-specific CI
failures on Tahoe-LAFS PRs (while also reviewing those PRs, and
ultimately merging them).

(That latter PR adds the ability to specify a particular key when creating a mutable directory, check it out!)

Further progress was accomplished on an API and CLI for
conflict-resolution in Magic Folder, with integration tests for
multi-user conflicts.  Also taught the CI to combine coverage from
integration and unit-tests properly.

I have spent a decent amount of time examining Magic Wormhole's new
Dilated File Transfer protocol specification with fresh eyes.
Reviving some proof-of-concept code for exercising this protocol has
yielded several improvements and finalized several decisions.
