Work was curtailed in the first half of the month due to disputes from July

- conducted 10 live & electronic interviews about foundation, as well as
N&B and IRC discussions
- external research on similar foundations, forthcoming EU CRA legislation
& US non-profit regulations
- Tahoe-LAFS ongoing bug fixes & performance enhancements.
- CVE response
- work on Python 3.13 compatible release for Tahoe
- Tahoe-LAFS "Getting Started Kit" & related docker image / code bug fixes.
- Trac ticket triage & re-assignment
- Admin & oversight
