Hello Tahoe-LAFS,                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                        
Through August, we continued work on the foundation.                                                                    
                                                                                                                        
I also added basic policy and permission support to "fowl".                                                             
There is a new magic-wormhole release (0.15.0, see https://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-list/2024-August/912625.html )
