The following covers Least Authority’s work for the Tahoe-LAFS Software
Foundation during December 2024:

   Create Tahoe-LAFS Mobile from PrivateStorage Mobile:

      Completed custom grid configuration (!23

      Began publishing process for Google Play Store
      -

   Replacement for the Current Issue Tracking System and Web landing page -
   Trac (ticket #4095):

      Progress made on the look and layout of the new web landing page

   Other/misc.:

      Continued working on fixing Tahoe’s CircleCI issues
      -

      Continued steps towards re-including Tahoe-LAFS in Debian
      -

      Gave Lightning Talk at the 38C3 Off-the-Grid P2P Communication Meetup

      -

      Assisting with work on improvements to onboarding and documentation
      -

      Reviewed/tested Tahoe-LAFS PR #1395 (“4133: use hatchling?”)

      General maintenance tasks for adjacent projects:

         Gridsync: Issues #711, #712; PRs #713, #714

Additionally, a few hours of our time was spent on project administration
and coordination.
